Addon Model

Use the Addon Model to give your product a size reference. For an example add a human avatar to your SmartVu® to give your clients a sense of how big your product really is.

3D product with a Addon Model

The Addon Model can be added globally to each upload to the Vuframe® Studio or per model through the 3D Model Settings. The Addon Model is usually provided by Vuframe.

How to add an Addon Model to your whole Workspace?

1. Make sure you are in the correct Space, you want to upload your products. (Note: Those settings are only applied to the Space you are currently in)

2. Open the menu on the top left, next to the Vuframe® Logo

3. On the same line as Aura 3D™ is a little gear icon for settings, click on it
4. Scroll down to the entry Addon Model and use the drop down menu to select the Addon Model you want to add to all your uploads.

Note: You can remove or change the Environment Model only in the 3D Model settings.

How to add an Addon Model to your SmartVu®

1. Open the menu on the top left, next to the Vuframe® Logo

2. Click on "3D Models" in the Aura3D™ section

3. Select the model you want to edit by clicking on it

4. Go into edit mode by clicking on "Edit"
5. Switch to the "3D Settings" tab and edit the settings

6. Scroll down to the Environment & Addon Model section and use the dropdown menu to select the 3D model you want to add to your scene
7. Press "Save" when you are done

8. Your product will be available after the reprocessing is done

If you want to remove or change the Addon Model from a 3D model set the drop down menu to none or select a different model and click on "Save" in the Environment & Addon Model section.
