The VUFRAME® App for Web allows you to open SmartVu®'s using nothing but your web browser - no app installation required.

All you need to open a SmartVu® using the VUFRAME® App for Web is the SmartVu®'s share code. Simply open https://view.vuframe.com, enter the share code and click the "View"-button. You can also directly access the 3D-view by opening https://view.vuframe.com/<YOUR SHARE CODE HERE>.
On Android devices that support ARCore and iOS devices supporting ARKit, SmartVu's® viewed in the VUFRAME® App for Web can also be placed in Augmented Reality. If the AR mode is available for your device, a button for switching to AR will appear in the top left corner of the 3D view.
Clicking this button will open Google SceneViewer on Android or iOS Quicklook on iOS where you can freely place the model in your environment.
In order to view SmartVu's® using the VUFRAME® App for Web, all you need is one of the following web browsers:

Mozilla Firefox
Safari
Microsoft Edge

Here are some common questions and issues you may encounter when using the VUFRAME® App for Web.
SmartVu® does not exist or is not shared: __ The SmartVu® you are trying to view does not exist or has been unshared by the creator. Make sure your viewer link or share code is correct.
This SmartVu® type is not supported yet: The SmartVu® you are trying to view is not supported by the VUFRAME® App for Web yet. You can open the SmartVu® using the VUFRAME® App for iOS or Android instead. For a list of all the currently supported templates, refer to this article.
The SmartVu® could not be loaded: The VUFRAME® App for Web was unable to display the SmartVu®. Most likely, this means that the linked 3D models are not available for the web yet. For more information, refer to this article.
Make sure you are using one of the supported browsers listed above and have JavaScript execution enabled. Also, disable any browser extensions that might interfere with the site (e.g. ad blockers, tracking prevention)

Most likely, the 3D model you are trying to view is too complex to be displayed on your device. Either open the VUFRAME® App for Web on a more powerful device or try to view the SmartVu® using the VUFRAME® App for iOS or Android.
Due to the limited amount of memory available on iOS devices, more complex or larger models may fail to load in iOS QuickLook. In this case, try opening the model on a more powerful device or reducing the model's complexity.
